Councilm~ber introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br />adoption: ' <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-11- <br /> <br />RESOLUrTI~3,N PROCLAIMING THE INDUCTION OF ROBERT MULLER <br />AS THE [199 ~ ADDITION TO THE RAMSEY BUSINESS AND ECONOMIC <br />DEVELOPM].r~NT HALL OF FAME <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, our business community forms the economic structure of our City <br />as well ~ the qi3ality of life and community spirit; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, our businesses and industries offer goods and services which <br />provide c0mfc~rt, convenience and sustain the health, safety and welfare of the City <br />residents; and ' <br /> WHEREAS, Robert Muller has been a driving force behind the development of <br />the City of.'!Ran~sey's economic growth and well-being; and <br /> <br /> WHEI~EAS, Mr. Muller has been involved with numerous programs developed <br />and offered by the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) That the City Council of the City of Ramsey hereby recognizes Robert Muller as the <br /> 1991 influctee into the City of Ramsey's Business and Economic Development Hall <br /> of Fam[: for his involvement in the community and his contributions to the <br /> eeohornJc growth and well-being of the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by <br />Couneilmernber~ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in <br />favor there0f: <br /> <br />and the followir~g voted against the same: <br /> <br />and the followir~g abstained: <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />whereupon sai~ resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City <br />Councilthi~s the 24th day of November, 1992. <br /> <br />Mayor James Gflbertson <br /> <br />Councilmetnbe~ Sheila Beyer <br /> <br />Councilmember Glen Hardin <br /> <br />Councilmember Kenneth Peterson <br /> <br />ATTEST:; <br /> <br />Councilmember Gerald Zimmerman <br /> <br />City admidistr~tor <br /> <br /> <br />
