Outlot B will be <br />adjacent to the golf course and is proposed to be dedicated to the golf <br />course. <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Drainage and Easements: A storm sewer presently exists which runs <br />along the common border of Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2. The <br />preliminary grading plan calls for establishing a low point in the road about <br />200 feet west of the end of the plat where the drainage would be intercepted <br />arid conducted out to the man made pond. A temporary sump area should <br />b~ required at the end of the street to accept drainage until the future street <br />e:~tension is made. <br /> <br />Di"ainage from the east/west cul-de-sac street shall be conducted eastward <br />on. to Andrie Street where it will flow southward into a catch basin presently <br />inI place approximately 750 feet south of the intersection. <br /> <br />The CitYiCouncil will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on TUesday, November 24, 1992 to <br />consider Your request for final plat approval of Northfork Lake Addition.
