OUtlots: Outlot A will provide for the lake and access to it; this outlot is proposed to be dedicated to the Homeowners Association. Outlot B will be adjacent to the golf course and is proposed to be dedicated to the golf course. o Drainage and Easements: A storm sewer presently exists which runs along the common border of Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2. Drainage and utility ea3ements 20 feet on both sides of the lot boundary should be dedicated to aliow for future maintenance. Tge northernmost east/west street drains west to the end of the plat. The preliminary grading plan calls for establishing a low point in the road about 200 feet west of the end of the plat where the drainage would be intercepted arid conducted out to the man made pond. A temporary sump area should b~ required at the end of the street to accept drainage until the future street e:~tension is made.
