Coanciimember inffoduced the following resoluuon and moved for ils adoption: RESOLUTION $92-11- RESOLUTION A~UTHORIZING BUDGET AMENDMENT #6 TO PROVIDE ADDITIONAL FUNDING FOR TDD MACHINE WHEREAS} the City's 1992-1993 Community Development Block Grant Program included the purchase of a TDD maclfine to assist commu~,cafion with the hearing impaired; and WHEREAS, this machine was funded by CDBG in the purchase amount of Four Hundred Eighty-Nme and 00/100 Dollars ($489.00); and WHEREA$i the Baachine was purchased in the amount of Five Hundred Twenty and 14/100 Dollars ($520.14) with the increase attritmtexl to application of Minnesota sales tax and delivery charges; and WHEREAS~ the City has applied for reimbursement for this purchase m~d Anoka County issued reimbursement in the original butiget amount of $489.00; and WHEREA$~ the ~ity's fund #231 - Community Development Block Grants - has a deficit balance in the amount of $31. t4 due to this ptirehaSe. NOW THEREFORE, IBE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey C, ity Council hereby authorizes an Operating Transfer from the City's General Fund to Ihe City's Community [:~evel~pment Block Grant Fund in the amount of $31.14 for the purpose of funding the additional cost of the TDD mae~hine, i 2) That the Finance Officer is hereby instructed to enter this Budget Amendment 46 to the City's financial system to cause this am*ndm~nt to be reflected in the City's financial records.
