Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-10- RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND CALLING A PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-19 (THE EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER, WATERMAIN AND STREET RESTORATION TO SERVICE 149TH LANE N.W. FROM PROPOSED FLUORINE STREET N.W. WEST TO THE CUL-DE-SAC) WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Ramsey City Council, adopted October 13, 1992, a report has been prepared by Mr. Steven Jankowski, City Engineer, with reference to Improvement Project ~t92-19 (The extension of sanitary sewer, watermain and street restoration to service 149th Lane N.W. from proposed Fluorine Street N.W. west to the cul-de-sac); and WHEREAS, the report was received by the Ramsey City Council on October 27, 1992 which indicates the following: Estimated total cost of project $75,144 Estimated total assessment per unit $ 6,054 Estimated annual assessment per unit 10yearterm $ 902 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Ramsey City Council will consider the improvements in accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 and the Ramsey City Code Section 4.60. 2) That a public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvement on the 24th day of November, I992 in the Council Chambers of the Ramsey Municipal Center at 7:30 p.m. and the City Administrator shall give mailed and published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 27th day of October, 1992.
