CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY, MINNESOTA CLERK'S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF VACATION PROCEEDINGS To the Anoka County Auditor: NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to MSA 412.851 and by attached Certified Resolution dated October 13, 1992, the City of Ramsey has vacated tl~e following legally described easements located within the City according to Document Number 488990, to-wit: An easement for road purposes 50 feet in width over that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 28, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning at the point of intersection of the west line of said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter with the southerly right of way line of the Burlington Northern Railroad; thence southeasterly along the south right, of way line of the said Burlington Northern Railroad, a distance of 366.80 feet and to the actual point of beginning of said center line; thence southwesterly to a point on the northerly right of way line of U.S. Trunk Highway No. 10, said point being located a distance of 300 feet as measured along said right of way from the west line of the said Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter. Schroeder, to me personally known, who, being duly sworn did say that he is respectively the City Administrator of the City of Ramsey, the Municipal Corporation named in the foregoing instrument, and seal affixed to said instrument is the corporate seal of said Municipal Corporation, and the said instrument was signed and sealed on behalf of said Municipal Corporation by authority of its City Council and said Ryan R.
