I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> I <br />, I <br /> <br />I <br /> <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br />I <br /> I <br /> I <br /> <br />Councilmember <br />adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-10- <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION DECLARING CONDITIONS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR PROFES~gIONAL OFFICES AND RETAIL SALES IN THE B-3 HIGHWAY <br /> BUSINESS DISTRICT <br /> <br />On ~, 1992, a conditional use permit was issued to William C. Dubats to establish <br />profession~:0ffieCs and retail sales as permitted uses in the B-3 Highway Business District on the <br />property generall~ known as 6740 Hwy. #10 N.W. and legally described as follows: <br /> Lot 3(BloCk 1, Riverside West, Anoka County, Minnesota <br /> <br />This permii i~ issued pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code. This conditional use <br />permit is perpetua~ in its duration so long as the conditions imposed herein are complied with. The <br />conditions Of:this ~ermit are as follows: <br /> 1. Tl~e establishment, of. professional offices and enclosed retail activity on the <br /> p~rmses shall be perrmned. <br /> <br /> 2. T~e fee rifle owner of the subject property shall be responsible for providing a <br /> nuyaber and design of off-street parking spaces in accordance with City Code <br /> requirements for the uses on the property, whatever they may be at the time the off- <br /> str~ et parking provisions are reviewed. At such time as expansion of the off-sn'eet <br /> payldng area is necessary, alt existing off-sm~et parking surfaces shall be retofined <br /> Wiih curbing in accordance ~4th CiD, Code. <br /> <br /> 3. That any expansion or enlargement of the structures on the subject property shall <br /> require application for a new conditional use permit. <br /> <br /> 4. That the fee tide owner shall be responsible for ail City costs incun-ed in <br /> adt'ninistering and enforcing this conditional use permit <br /> <br /> 5. Tl~e City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises <br /> for compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable <br /> request. <br /> <br />The motion for ~e adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br /> :.and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the followingivoted against the same: <br /> <br />and the follOwingiabstained: <br /> <br />and the followingiwere absent: <br /> <br />whereupon said r~solution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />the ~ day of i ,1992. <br /> <br />William C.
