City personnel were immediately invited on site to <br />investigate. They could find no evidence that those allegations <br />were true. <br /> <br />Allegations of dense~ black smoke made anonymously. <br /> 3-4-92 <br /> <br />March 4th was'a foggy night. The employees indicated that nothing <br />unusual happened that evening and everything was processed <br />according to plan. Again, this allegation was not substantiated. <br /> <br />Allegations of Litter made by Jerry Martin. <br /> 3-17-92 <br /> <br />The applicant was in process of cleaning up the debris that had <br />accumulated in the snow piles from snow plowing the yard. The <br />applicant had hired a front end loader to move those snow piles to <br />the parking lot.
