The problem <br />was caused ibYlthe flammable parts of a dismantled bus coming into <br />contact with a cutting not <br /> s~arks <br /> from <br /> torch. <br /> This <br /> situation <br /> would <br />happen again because the applicant has put more distance between <br />~he internal disassembly and *the cutting of the bus body. <br /> <br />This incide~ t ~eport was not prepared by an employee of Danny's and <br />does not accurately reflect what happened. <br /> <br />8. Allegatton~ of Material on Right of Way made by Jerry Martin. <br /> <br />This was a ~slUuation that took place in a time span totaling three <br />hours. The; delivery truck would not fit into the site, so the load <br />was dumpe~ outside of the fence. Immediately, emploYees began <br />moving the ~ma~erials inside the building.
