SUMMARY OF INCIDENTS <br /> <br />Three of the nine complaints were from one individual. The <br />problems reported were already being addressed by the applicant at <br />the time each complaint was made. The new building will help these <br />problems from ever developing. <br /> <br />Three complaints were made anonymously and were not substantiated. <br />One complaint was reported by the police and was not substantiated. <br />Four out of the nine complaints were not substantiated. <br /> <br />The fire incident was reported by the owner.
