He stated he is in agreement with Mr. Brown s statements and added that <br />Mr. Karst h~ be~:n accepting other materials for quite some time. He stated that Mr. Karst is <br />"ereat on P. r0mis[es and short on delivery". He added that Mr. Karst's operation is "spilling <br />o~tside" hi-~ ~ont~.'nment such as the loading and unloading of trucks off the premises. There are <br />dumpsters a~d ti~s on the boulevard, plus the retaining wall had not been maintained until last <br />Saturday. H~ questioned what a conditional use permit was good for if it was not enfor, ced. He <br />felt that a s~r_~p d~aler is a junk yard and if maintained as such, the City of Ramsey doesnt need it. <br />He suggest~t~tha~ a person should be allowed outside storage but added there is a right and wrong <br />way to do i~.' i!Mr. Martin stated he has been approached by other people about the Industrial Park <br />and he tells~t,hem :o "just look around" and asks them if they "want to be located here".
