The <br />purpose of r3~ budding is to provide additional indoor space for the preparation of feedstock, <br />including th~- 'disasi~embly of engines and transmissions, and indoor storage area for other types of <br />metals propdS~ <br />proposing a ~1(~ fc~t high wood and metal fence bordered by Black Hills Spruce trees adjacent to <br />Basalt Stre¢~ N.W.i The site plan indicates providing for 11 off-street parking spaces, which is in <br />comphance mgh C~ty Code reqmrements.
