I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I i I I Councilmember introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-09- RESOLUTION iDISALLOWING PROPOSED IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~92-12 (BITUMINOU~ SURFACING IMPROVEMENT OF 177TH AVENUE N.W. FROM ST. iFRANCIS BLVD. N.W. TO ITS EASTERN TERMINUS) wHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted the 29th day of June, 1992, fixed a date for a Cour~cil hearing on the proposed improvement of bituminous surfacing of 177th Avenue N.W.,~ fror~ St. Francis Blvd. N.W. (Improvement Project g92-12); and WHERE~S, the required sixty (60) days has elapsed following the public hearing; and WHEREP~S, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given and the~:heaJ'ing was held thereon on the 14th day of July, 1992,at which time all persons desiring to be hear~l were given an opportunity to be heard thereon; and wHEREA~S, the Ramsey City Council has received a petition on the 14th day of July, 1992 signed bY four property owners, representing 57 percent of the affected property owners, in opposition to ~e proposed project. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE¥, ~NOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the proposed Improvement Project g92-12 (bituminous surfacing for 177th Avenue N.W. !fror~ St. Francis Blvd. N.W. to its eastern terminus) is hereby disallowed as proposed i,fl the Council resolution adopted the 29th day of June, 1992. 2) Thatprop~sed Improvement Project g92-12 may not be considered for a period of one year from the 14th day of July, 1992 as stated in Chapter 8 of the Ramsey City Charter. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember ~ . [ and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the folloWing Voted against the same: and the following ~ibstained: and the following Were absent: whereupon said re~;olution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day Of Sgptember, 1992.
