Councilrnern~r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-09- RESOLUTION [ORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-14 (BITUMINOUSI SURFACING OF WACO STREET N.W. AND WACO DRIVE N.W. FROM I~gTH LANE N.W. TO THE NORTHERN CITY BOUNDARY) WHERE~s, a resolution of the Ramsey City Council adopted June 9, 1992 fixed a date for a Council beaning on the proposed improvement of bituminous surfacing of Waco Street N.W. and WacO DriVe N.w. from 179th Lane N.W. to the northern City boundary (Project//92-14); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public heating; and WHEREA~S, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice of the hearing was given and the !he'.~'ng was held thereon on July 14, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given ~ opportunity to be heard thereon. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSE;Y, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That such i}'nprovement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted June 9, I99~2. 2) That Steve~ Jankowski, City Engineer, is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement. He shall prepare plans and specifications for the making of such improvement. The motion for the~adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember : an~ upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following vpted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following Were absent: whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 22nd day of September, 1992.
