Councilmemb~r <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION #92-09- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION:GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF NORTHFORK LINKS <br />THIRD ADDITION, A REPLATTING OF LOTS 1, 2, 3 AND 4, NORTHFORK <br />LINKS ADDITION, A DIVISION OF NORTHFORK PUD 5TH ADDITION <br /> WHERE~S, North Fork, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer", has properly applied <br />for final platapproOal on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: <br /> <br />Lots_l~ 2 and 3, and Outlot A, Northfork Links Third Addition, Anoka County, <br />Minnesota. <br /> <br /> AND WHEREAS, the City received application and sketch plan from Dennis Peck for <br />Northfork PUD 5ttt Addition on March 28, 1990; and <br /> wHEREAS, the preliminary plat for Northfork PUD 5th Addition was not reviewed by <br />the Park and Recr~tion Commission because all park dedication requirements for Northfork PUD <br />are specified. 'in a! Northfork PUD Park Dedication agreement dated February 19, 1987 and <br />amended Mayg, 1989; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on May 1, 1990 and <br />conducted a pUbli~ hearing on Northfork PUD 5th Addition and recommended preliminary plat <br />approval of l~0rthf0rk PUD 5th Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHE~REAS, the Ramsey City Council met on May 22, 1990 and approved the <br />preliminary Plat for Northfork PUD 5th Addition as per the City Engineer's Review dated April <br />24, 1990; and <br /> WHERE&S, the City received plans for final plat approval of Northfork Links, a <br />subdivision 0fNorthfork 5th Addition on January 7, 1991; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council met on January 22, 1991 and approved the final plat for <br />Northfork Links; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City received plans for the replatting of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4, Northfork <br />Links Addition on r[AUgust 20, 1992; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on September 1, 1992 <br />and recommended City Council approval of Northfork Links Third Addition; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, Northfork Links Third Addition was not submitted to the Park and <br />Recreation C0mmission for review as the park dedication requirements on the subject property <br />were satisfied ;withlthe development of Northfork Links Addition. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: <br /> <br />I) <br /> <br />That the Ramsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval of Northfork Links Third <br />AdditiOn ih accordance with relevant City Codes and contingent upon the Developer <br />entering int~ a Development Agreement with the City of Ramsey. <br /> <br /> <br />
