The Permit Holder shall not process wire by <br />melt operations or. the Site. <br /> <br />Control of OD~atioR$. All hauling, processing, separating, <br />disposal and other activities incidental to the aluminum <br />processing operation shall be conducted in conformance with <br />state and federal regulations and in accordance with the <br />applicable requirements of the Perfo.~mance Standards of the <br />City Code (Section 170.017). Operations must be conducted so <br />as to minimize noise, safety, smoke or other nuisance concerns <br />to adjacent properties. <br /> <br />Pest Contro%. Insects and rodents on the site shall be <br />controlled and exterminated as needed and additional control <br />may be directed by the City Inspector subject to all <br />applicable laws, rules and reg~Alations. <br /> <br />~itter Control. Danny's Aluminum Processing, Inc. shall be <br />responsible for removing debris caused by vehicles using the <br />aluminum processing facility. Debris removal activities <br />shall be instituted promptly following information of such <br />accumulation. In the event the Permit Holder fails to remove <br />debris within 24 hours of notice of accumulation by the City, <br />the City may cause such debris to be removed. The City shall <br />bill the cost of such removal tot_he Permit Holder and payment <br />shall be remitted within 30 days of the date of such billing. <br />Visual checP~ for debris accumulation shall be made at least <br />once daily by employees of the Permit Holder. <br /> <br />Aluminum Pro~mssinc E~uipment. All equipment and vehicles <br />utilized in the conduct of business at Danny's Aluminum <br />Processing, Inc. shall be periodically inspected and main- <br />tained to minimize noise, odors, safety and fire safety <br />ooncer~s. <br /> <br />Water Qua!itv. Surface and ground waters originating outside <br />and passing through or adjacent to the Site and runoff water <br />discharged from the Site shall, at its point of departure from <br />the Site, meet all applicable federal and state water quality <br />standards as they exist from time to time during the period <br />of this CUP. The operator shall perform any water treatment <br />necessary to comply with applicable state and federal water <br />quality standards as they exist from time to time during the <br />period of this CUP. Grading and drainage plans shall be <br />submitted to and approved by ~he city Engineer. Berming shall <br />be installed as necessary to control run-off. <br /> <br />! <br /> <br /> <br />
