Scope a~_d Conduct of Qperations. The operations permitted by thiS' ~CUP may be performed on the Subject Property in confor- mance w~th existing statutory and regulatory authority and re~lSre~ents of the City, Anoka County, Minnesota ("County") , and ~e Minnesota Pollution Control Agency ("MPCA") . 31. -~/rD,~es. This permit shall be issued allowing for the use of ~o ~elt furnaces as described bY the applicant in the CUP app!ica~ion support information. An increase in furnace capa~it~ or a third melt furnace shall not be added to the operation without application and approval of a new CUP. 32. C~qS. ~r.e. iDue to CUP Revocation, Other Circumstance~. In the even~i this CUP is revoked or the Permit Holder closes operatio,'n of the aluaninum processing operation for any reason, inclL~i~g but without limitation, order of the court or other agen~ o.'f competent jurisdiction, bankruptcy, insolvency, or aban~ion~%nt, the Permit Holder shall immediately proceed to remoV~ &~l feedstock and other material from the site.
