The report indiCateid ~aat ~laere was an anonymous call complaining that copper and other toxics were being burned at Danny's Al~nu ,~:u The Police and Fire Chief went to the site and observed red hot material being brought outside from ~th~rinsilte of the building. The odor was of rubber and plastic but no evidence of that could be found. The ffi'g, ehi~f stayed at the site to handle the matter. On August 8 Ii_~1~_ lex~ Danny Karst regarding the incident report. I admitted that I was not concerned with the red hot material.~l~ein~ cool outside the building, as the conditional use permit issued by the City specifically permits the e_C~P, .~do~ process outside the building. What concerned me was the odors. Mr. Karst stated that the Fire Chief Md o~e other firefighter remained on the site for about another hour.
