I I I I I I I I I I I I I I I ! I I Grading: Grading shall be performed in accordance with the approved p~.'ng plan dated January 8, 1991, prepared by Ralph Wagner, P.E. In cular, the grading shall be in accordance with those plans shown on sh~t 3 of 12 of the aforementioned grading plan. Grading shall include that required for the construction of the mad and the two proposed building site pa~ts. Dr~ainage: Drainage for this proposed addition shall be in conformance With the drainage and grading plan of Northfork Links, dated January 8, 19~1. In particular, the grading shall be in accordance with those elevations sh~wn on sheet 3 of 12 of the aforementioned plan. Said plan shows the ca~ttcrn most 150' of thc new street to drain to the cast where it would flow no~th and south once it reaches Andrie. The remaining 450' of street shall drain to the western most boundary of the plat where it shall be diverted into a timporary sump. In the future when the road is extended, the temporary sump will be removed and replaced with catch basins which shall discharge to the north into a man made lake. The sump shall be consu-ucted large cn6ugh to store 8/10th's of an inch of runoff over the impervious area dra~ing to it. Measures shall be taken to ensure erosion into and around the sump area do not occur.
