Councilmeml~r introduced the following resolution and moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION g92-08- RESOLUTiONI GRANTING FINAL PLAT APPROVAL OF BURY AND CARLSON ~ADDITION WHEREA, S, Bury and Carlson, Inc., hereafter referred to as "Developer" has properly applied for plat approval on the following described property located in the City of Ramsey: Outlot A except the North 33.0 feet as measured at right angles to the North tine thereof, and Outl0t Ci all in GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. Also that Part ~f the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 27, Township 32, Rang~' 25',iAnoka County, Minnesota lying easterly of the easterly line of Ouflot A, GATEWAY NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka County, Minnesota. Also that part iof the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 2'~, T~wnship 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying easterly of the easterly l~ioe of~Outlot A and northerly of the northerly line of Ouflot C, said Ouflots being in GA'~'~WA~ NORTH INDUSTRIAL PARK, Anoka CoUnty, Minnesota. [ AND WHEREAS, on June 16, 1992, the City received application and sketch plan from Bury and CarlSon, ~nc.; and WHEREA~, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission met on August 4, 1992 and approved the a~keteb plan of Bury and Carlson Addition and directed the Developer to proceed to the final Plat stage; ~and NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSI~¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the Rgmsey City Council hereby grants final plat approval to Bury and Carlson Addifi6n in ~aecordance with relevant City Codes. 2) That park d~ication requirements shall be satisfied with a cash payment.
