The Development Agreement should also require that upon request by the City, the <br />developer shall convey that outlot across the northern boundary of the plat to the City for <br />road right-of-way purposes at no expense to the City. At such time as 143rd is extended <br />and improved, the separate easement providing access south to the cemetery from what was <br />formerly the ouflot would remain in tact. <br /> <br />Access: Access to Lot 1, Block 1, Bury. and Carlson Addition, will be from Jasper Street <br />N.W.
