I AND PARTIAL PAY ESTIMATE NO. 1 <br /> TO AiSTI~CIt CORPORATION FOR 1992 SEALCOATING PROJECT <br /> ~ , By: Steven Jankowski, City Engineer <br /> <br />BackgrOundl <br /> <br />The 1992 Street S4alcoating Project was bid based on an estimate of the amount of material that <br />was needed On!the 1:4 plus miles of roadway included in the project. The agreement was to pay the <br />contmctor o~ ~e ~ :tual amount of material used. At this time the sealcoating has been completed <br />and the aetug]~a~ unts of materials utilized exceeded the estimate by 2.2%, which relates to a <br />$1,863.33 in~ ~°ver the original award price of $84,060. The enclosed Change Order No. 1 <br />has been ~p~ to authorize an increase in the contract amount to cover this actual quantity. <br />Also encloS~!~, lis ! mial Pay Estimate No. 1 which issues payment to the contractor for the work <br />performed to date.
