The building to be constructed is proposed to be 100% metal sides and roof. <br />At a minimum, the applicant should be required to submit modified building design plan <br />that would provide for a structure with 50% other than metal exterior facing on at least the <br />east, west and south sides. If lighting is <br />proposed, then the site plan should be modified accordingly. <br /> <br />13. <br /> <br />Waste~nd Refuse Storage: City Code requires that refuse receptacles be located in rear or <br />side yards and be screened from public view and adjoining property. The site plan should <br />be modified to indicate the location of an existing or proposed refuse receptacle and the type <br />of screening. <br /> <br />It is noted that a property survey by a registered land surveyor was not submitted in accordance <br />with City Code. <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 1992, <br />to consider your request for site plan review.
