I3~,filding Materials: City Code requires exterior walls to be of materials that are 50% other than metal. The building to be constructed is proposed to be 100% metal sides and roof. At a minimum, the applicant should be required to submit modified building design plan that would provide for a structure with 50% other than metal exterior facing on at least the east, west and south sides. If lighting is proposed, then the site plan should be modified accordingly. 13. Waste~nd Refuse Storage: City Code requires that refuse receptacles be located in rear or side yards and be screened from public view and adjoining property. The site plan should be modified to indicate the location of an existing or proposed refuse receptacle and the type of screening. It is noted that a property survey by a registered land surveyor was not submitted in accordance with City Code. The Planning and Zoning Commission will be meeting at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, August 4, 1992, to consider your request for site plan review.
