CITY OF RAMSEY <br /> <br />DEVELOPMENT PERMIT <br />SKELGAS, INC. <br /> <br />On August 25, 1992, Site Plan approval was granted by the City of Ramsey ("City") to Skelgas, <br />Inc. CPermittee") to construct a 1,280 square foot building ("Structure") on the property at 7255 <br />Highway #10 N.W., Ramsey, Minnesota, which property is legally described as follows: <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Auditors Subdivision No. 34, Anoka County, Minnesota described as <br />follows, to-wit: commencing at the Southeast comer of said Lot 7, thence Northwesterly <br />on the Southerly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 770 feet to the point of commencement of <br />the land to be described herein, thence North and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 a <br />distance of 335 feet to the Northerly line of said Lot 7, thence Southeasterly along the <br />Northerly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 200 feet, thence South and parallel with the said <br />East line of Lot 7 a distance of 335 feet to the Southerly line of said Lot ? and State Trunk <br />Highway, thence Northwesterly on the said Southerly line of said Lot 7 a distance of 200 <br />feet to place of commencement and containing 1.4 acres: that this plot correctly designates <br />said survey and properly: that there are no encroachments on said property. <br /> <br />That part of Lot 7, Audistors Subdivision Number 34, according to the map or plat thereof <br />on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and for Anoka County, <br />Minnesota, described as follows: <br /> <br />Commencing at the Southwest comer of Lot 7, which point is the intersection of the West <br />line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter, Section 28, Township 32, Range <br />25, w/th the Northerly line of State Trunk Highway No. t0; thence Southeasterly along the <br />Northerly line of State Trunk Highway No. 10 a distance of 538 feet to the actual point of <br />beginning of the ri:act of land to be herein described; thence continuing Southeasterly along <br />the North line of said Highway to a point distant 770 feet, as measured along the North line <br />of said State Trunk Highway No. 10 from the Southeast comer of said Lot 7; thence North <br />and parallel with the East line of said Lot 7 to the North line of said Lot 7; thence <br />Northwesterly along the Northerly line of said Lot 7 to the point of intersection with a line <br />drawn parallel with the East line of said LOt 7, drawn through the point of beginning; <br />thence South to the point of beginning. <br /> <br />This approval is issued pursuant to Section 9.03.06 of the Ramsey City Code. The conditions of <br />this approval are as follows: <br /> <br />STRUCTURE. The Snmcture shall be constructed as shown on the plans submitted to and <br />approved by the City's Building Official. Approval is given for a building to be <br />constructed in accordance with Page 2 of 2 of the Site Plan dated July 21, 1992, revised <br />August 6, 1992 and , 1992, drawn by Graphic Design Architects. <br />All building plans must be prepared and certified by a registered engineer or architect. <br /> <br />STATE BUILDING CODE COMPLIANCE. The Structure shall be constructed in <br />accordance with the requirements of the State Building Code. <br /> <br />SITE PLAN COMPLIANCE.
