The grading plan calls for a minor <br />regradi~g'of ~ sit~ ~'hich will cause drainage to be diverted toward the existing pond located just <br />south of the att~ cnO'ances. The site plan calls for the placement of silt fence around the perimeter <br />of the existirtg!pon~l", protecting the existing vegetation and the pond from sedimentation caused <br />from the re~ing.? . <br />There is prosetltly to outer from the pond. However. the CitY,s Comprehensive Storm Drainage <br />Plan calls f0!' the e~ventual constraction of an outlet from this pond which will discharge to the <br />existing stormrscW~r in Sunfish Lake Boulevard along a future roadway which would be placed <br />within OUtlot 15 or,he Gateway North Industrial Park subdivision. This pond area also served as <br />drainage repo$itor~ for all of the Gateway North Industrial Park subdivision.
