I would therefore conclude that this pond is adequate to serve as <br />a drainage facility for this development. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />The Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended approval of <br />the conditional use permit for Bury and Carlson contingent upon the paving of 143rd Avenue <br />N.W. and Jaspar Street N.W., or a financial surety being provided to guarantee the road <br />improvements.
