Councilmember adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved for its RESOLUTION #92-05- A RESOLUTION ADOPTING FINDINGS OF FACT # RELATING TO A REQUEST FROM BURY AND CARLSON, INC. T-O--ESTABLISH A PROCESSING FACILITY FOR DEMOLITION CEMENT AND ASPHALT IN THE BUSINESS WAREHOUSE DISTRICT That Bury and Carlson, Inc., hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", has properly applied for a conditional use permit to establish a processing facility for demolition cement and asphalt in the Business Warehouse District. That the Applicant appeared before the Planning and Zoning Commission for a pbulic hearing pursuant to Section 9.03.04 of the Ramsey City Code on July 23, 1992, and that the public hearing was properly advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated by reference. 3. Also that part of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying Easterly of the Easterly line of Outlot A, Gateway North Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. Also that part of the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 27, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota lying Easterly of the Easterly line of Outlot A and Northerly of the Northerly line of Outlot C, said Outlots being in Gateway North Industrial Park, Anoka County, Minnesota. Except: Cemetery located in the West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of said West t/2 of the Southeast I/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence South 1 degree 42 minutes 57 seconds West (assumed bearing) along the East line of said West 1/2 of the Southeast 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 a distance of 409.61 feet to the actual point of beginning of the tract to be hereby described; thence North 88 degrees 48 minutes 35 seconds West a distance of 156.41 feet; thence South 0 degrees 45 minutes 05 seconds East a distance of 264.14 feet; thence South 88 degrees 48 minutes 35 seconds East a distance of 145.04 feet to the East line of said West 1/2 of the Southeast I/4 of the Southwest 1/4; thence North t degree 42 minutes 57 seconds East along said East line a distance of 264.0 feet to the actual point of beginning. Upon recording of the plat, described as Lot 1, Block 1, Bury and Carlson Addition. That the subject property is approximately 17 acres in size. That the subject property is zoned Business Warehouse (BW). That the surrounding properties are also zoned BW.
