(PROJECT 91.1~3) WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey approved this project on October 22; 1991; and wHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Ramsey adopted Resolution //91-1 2. r. awarding the bid to Landwehr Heaving Moving, Inc. for the construction of ImproVemenlj Project 91-13. WHEREA~;, the Consulting Engineer, Pete Raatikka of Hakanson Anderson AssociateS, linc;, recommended final payment to Landwehr Heaving Moving, Inc. in the amount of ~29,658.57. rr - NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the City Council hereby authorizes final payment to Landwehr Heaving MOving, inc. for the construction of Improvement Project 91-13 in the amount of ~29,658.57. 2) That the City Council hereby authorizes the Mayor or City Administrator to sign the release form for this final payment. 3) That the total amount of this final payment is not included in Resolution 92-08- approving payment of the bills for the month of August, 1992. · 4) That the City of Ramsey Finance Department be provided a signed copy of this resolution.
