I I I I I I I I I I Counc//m~mber! introdficed the following resolution ~d moved for its adoption: RESOLUTION #92-08- RESOLUTION DECLARING COST TO BE ASSESSED AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF PROp0~ED I&SSESSMENT FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT ~)1-01 (EXTENSION OF SANITARY SEWER AND WATER FROM R35-32-25-31-0008 TO THE EASTERN CITY BOUNDARY) WHEREAS~ a contract has been let and costs have been determined with reference to the improvement of water and sewer extension from R35-32-25-31-0008 to the Eastern City boundary and the expenses ineun~ or[to be incurred in the making of such improvement amount to $ so that the total cost of the imprOvement will be $ NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, ANOI~AES COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That the portion of the cost of such improvement to be paid by the City of Ram sey is hereby declared to be $_ and the portion of the cost to be assessed against benefited property owners is declared~to bt $ 2) That the. pri~ ,Cipal of the assessments shall be in annual installments extending over a period of three years; ~ first, of the installments to be payable on or before December 31, 1992 and shall bear interest at the rate of 7.5 percent per annum from the date of the adoption of the assessment resolution. 3) That the city Administrator shall, upon the completion of such proposed assessment, notify the RamseyCity Council thereof.
