III . <br /> <br />IV. <br /> <br />Collect license fees from owners who retrieve animals <br />not previously licensed. <br /> <br />Handle all animal abuse/neglect cases in the Anoka <br />county area in cooperation with municipal o~ficals <br />when necessary. <br /> <br />RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE MUNICIPALITY <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />The Municipality shall call the Humane Society for <br />pick-up of animals during normal business hours, <br />or will bring the animals to the Shelter on a 24 <br />hour basis. <br /> <br />After normal business hours, the Municipality shall <br />obtain treatment for inDured animals that are in a <br />li~e-threatening condition. The Humane Society will <br />pick-up the animal as soon as possible a~ter <br />treatment. <br /> <br />COMPENSATION <br /> <br />The Municipality shall pay the Humane Society the <br />~ollowin9 fees: <br /> <br />IMPOUND FEE: An administraUive charge o~ <br />$30.00 per animal for the first day <br />o~ impound· <br /> <br />BOARDING FEE: sg.00 per day, per <br />animal, for each day a~ner uhe first day o~ <br />impound. <br /> <br />QUAP~ANTINE FEE: In addition ~o the regular <br />boarding ~ee, S5.00, per day, per <br />animal, for all animals which must be <br />quarantined. <br /> <br />! <br />! <br /> <br />TRANSPORTATION <br /> <br />VET SERVICES FEE: <br /> <br />EUTH~3ASiA FEE: <br /> <br /> $30.00 per hour <br />S30.00 per hour. <br /> <br />License fees shall be turned over to the <br />Municipality. <br /> <br />.31 per pound disposal <br /> per cc Eu~h Solu~ion-~,7~/~. <br /> <br />TheMu~,~cipa!Ln'~ y wii~ non be cnar~ed %hose costs <br />recovered ~om pet owners. <br /> <br /> <br />
