I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />VI. <br /> <br />VIi. <br /> <br />4 <br /> <br />Charges for services,' shall be paid monthly, on or <br />about the last day of the month, or within thirty <br />(30) days a~ter submission of the monthly claims <br />by the Humane Society to the Municipality. <br /> <br />COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS <br /> <br />In p, roviding all services pursuant to this contract, the <br />Hum~De Society shall abide by all statutes, ordinances, <br />rules and regulations pertaining to or regulating the <br />provision of such services, including those now in e~fect <br />and~ihereina~ter adopted. <br /> <br />AUDIT DISCLOSURE AND RETENTION OF RECORDS <br /> <br />The iHumane Society agrees to make available to duly <br />-authorized representatives of the Municipality and either <br />the legislative auditor or the state auditor for the <br />purpose of audit examination pursuant to M!N. Stat. 16B.06, <br />any 'books, documents, papers and records o~ the Humane <br />Society that are pertinent =o the Humane Society's <br />provision o~ services hereunder. The Humane Society <br />~ur~her agrees to maintain all such required records <br />~orTthree (3) years a~ter receipt of final payment and <br />the:closing of all other related matters. <br /> <br />INSURANCE <br /> <br />The Humane Society shall purchase, maintain in full force <br />and~e~fect during the term of this Contract and provide <br />proo~ o~ the ~o!lowing insurance coverage: <br /> <br />B o <br /> <br />WORKER'S COMPENSATION: Coverage at statuatory limits <br />as provided by the S~te o~ MiDnesota. <br /> <br />COMPREHENSIVE GENERAL LIABILITY: Coverage shall have <br />m/nimum lim/:s o~ $1,000,000 per occurrence, Combined <br />Single Lim/= ~or Bodily injury Liability and Proper~y <br />Damage Liability. <br /> <br />BUSINESS AUTO LIABILITY: Coverage shall have minimum <br />lim/ts o~ S500,000 per occurrence, Combined Single <br />Limit of Bodily injury Liability and Property Damage <br />Liability. This shall include owned vehicles, hired <br />and non-owned vehicles and employee non-ownership. <br /> <br />Current. valid insurance certificates meeting the <br />requiremenus herein identified shall be filed with <br />the Municipality before the signing o~ this Contract. <br />All policies- <br />issued shall evidence, that the Mun/cipalit/ will be <br />notified in writing at least tb/rty (30) days prior~Q <br />to cancellation or modification of coverage. <br /> <br /> <br />
