VIII. EARLY TERMINATION This Contract may be terminated by either party, with or without cause, upon thirty (30) days written notice, delivered by mail or in person, to the other party. MODIFICATIONS Any material alterations, modifications or variations of the terms of this Contract shall be valid and enforceable only when they have been reduced to writing as an amendment and signed by the parties. ENTIRE AGREEMENT It is u~derstood and agreed by the parties that %he entire agreement o~ the parties is contained herein and that the Contract supercedes all oral agreements and negotiations between the par=les relating to the subject matter hereof as well as any previous agreements presently in effect between the Humane Society and the Municipality. The parties hereto revoke any prior oral or written agreements between themselves and agree =hat this Contract is the only and complete agreement regarding the subject hereof.
