It will also jeopardize the license of thechlef, i laW ienforcement officer, and it will be grounds for criminal prosecution of the responsible public official. Pursuant to Minnesota~stat~Jtes 626.86 and Minnesota Rules part 6700.1800, we hereby apply for reimbursement from the POST Board to help ~t~fmy ~he expenses that our local unit of government has incurred in providing continuing education for its peace officers tl0ringlthe past fisca year (July 1 -- June 30).
