The development agreement has not been drafted because the sewer and water improvements will <br />need to be extended past 6 existing homes in order to reach the subdivision. The costs associated <br />with extension will need to be assigned. -- ~. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br /> <br />Because tile development agreement has not been drafted, tile final plat approval being sought at <br />this time is basically that of approving tile lot lines which coufon'n substantially to tile approved <br />preliminary plat.
