WHlgREAS, on October 2, 1990, the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission approved the. sket¢l~ plan for Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick); and WHEREA~S, on March 5, 1991 the Ramsey Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a ptlblid hearing regarding Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick) and recommended preliminary pl~'l approval of same; and WHEREA~S, the Ramsey City Council met on April 23, 1991 and approved the preliminary pl~t for!Faye 2nd Addition (a.k.a. Rivenwick); and wHEREAS, on June 9, 1992 the Ramsey City Council granted a one year extension to the approved P/'eli~inary plat. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSEY, AiNOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That City COuncil hereby grants final plat approval to Rivenwick.
