The development <br />agreement .was signed by the developer and the Stage I Improvements sureties have been received. <br />Plans haVe now been prepared and, to proceed further with the project, it is necessary for Council <br />to authorize the '!olicitation of bids for the improvements. The proposed bid opening date is <br />August 21i 1992 ~at 11:00 a.m. It is anticipated that the project will be awarded at the Council <br />meeting of At~gus{ 25, 1992.
