That Tim a~d Brenda Smith, hereinafter referred to as "Applicant", have properly applied <br /> for a B~ ard, of Adjustment variance from Chapter 9.02 (Street Frontage) on the property <br /> generally kOown as PIN 10-32-25-11-0001. and legally described as follows: <br /> r~ <br /> iTha~ part of the Northeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10, Township <br /> 132, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying south of the north 471.50 feet <br /> [-thereof, and lying west of the east 1100.00 feet thereof. <br /> <br />2. A public h4aring was conducted by the Board of Adjustment pursuant to Chapter 9.03.05 <br /> (Varia6¢eS]~ of the Ramsey City Code on May 23, 1991 and that said public hearing was <br /> prol~rl~ advertised and that the minutes of said public hearing are hereby incorporated as a <br /> part of ~es~ findings by reference. Further, that the Apphcant did appem' before the Board <br /> of Adjgstmont at its special meeting on May 23, 1991. . <br />3. That ~ subject property is zoned R-1 Rural Residential and is approximately 7.4 acres in <br /> <br />4. That th~ subject property is surrounded by R-1 Rural Residential zoning. <br /> <br />5. That ChaPter 9.02 of the Ramsey City Code states that in no case shall the street frontage in <br /> the Rtt~,~ ~¢a be less than 200 feet. <br /> <br />6. That a~memo dated May 23, 1991 from Project Manager Jim Gromberg to Zoning <br /> Admia~tratOr Sylvia Y*rolik is hereby incorporated by reference. <br /> <br />7. That th~ City has previously granted a variance for a similar request. <br /> <br />8. That the sp~ial conditions do not result from the actions of the Applicant. <br /> <br />9. That th~ gr,anfing of the variance will not grant the Applicant any speci~d privilege that is <br /> denied by thir'S chapter to other owners of land in the same district. <br /> <br /> 10. That if granied, the variance will be materially detrimental to the purposes of this chapter or <br /> other pl~pe~'ty in the same zone. <br /> <br />11.
