On March 2, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Commission reviewed the sketch plan for Ramsey Meadows. At that time, the Commission recommended revising the sketch plan to more accurately reflect the number of lots that could be platted in accordance with the 10,800 square foot of area required above the Ordinary High Water mark. On March 16, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Commission approved the revised sketch plan for Ramsey Meadows. The number of lots proposed in the plat was reduced from 33 to 31. The Commission advised the developer to proceed to apply for preliminary plat approval. On April 3, 1992, the developer submitted a prelinfinary plat for Ramsey Meadows for approval. On April 23, 1992, the Park and Recreation Commission recommended requiring a cash payment to satisfy park dedication requirements for Ramsey Meadows. On May 5, 1992, the Planning and Zoning Commission conducted a public hearing and recommended preliminary plat approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated April 28, 1992 and resolving DNR concerns with 150th traversing a small portion of the wetland. On May 26, 1992, the City Council granted preliminary plat approval contingent upon compliance with City Staff review letter dated April 28, 1992.
