The project entails the <br />:he ~frastructure associated with the development of 39 single family residential <br />Cit~ sewer and water. The general project layout and location is illustrated in <br /> <br />Attachment A, ~ <br /> <br />PROJECT DI ',SCRIPTION <br />To assist in the ~rep~afion of your proposal, the following is the description of the major project <br />components: <br /> <br /> Sanita, rY SeWer: Sanitary sewer will be available to the subdivision at the east right-of- <br /> way link ofl County Road #5. The sanitary sewer improvements will consist of <br /> apProXimately 1,300 feet of 12-inch sewer at a depth of 19 to 30 feet. In addition, the <br /> project ~/illi~ontain 1,300 feet of eight-inch lateral sewer at a depth of between eight and <br /> eightee:n[f, eeti Dewatering can be anticipated for installation of all twelve-inch and some of <br /> the eight~incfi sanitary sewer. <br /> <br /> Water~aini Watermain will be available on the east side of County Road #5. <br /> Waterm~in improvements shall consist of approximately 1,400 feet of twelve-inch, 850 feet <br /> of eightqnchi and 850 feet of six-inch watermain along with valves, hydrants and related <br /> appurtenimce~. <br /> <br /> Storm Sewer: The project will require approximately 1.200 feet of storm sewer <br /> ranging in si~:e from 15 to 24 inches along with associated catch basin and leads. The <br /> storm sewer Will discharge at two outfalls into a DNR protected wetland. <br /> Reside.niial:Street: Approximately 1,450 f}et of residential street will be required. <br /> The reSid~enti~l street shall be 31 feet in width '~ ith surmountable concrete curb and ~utter. <br /> Residential sfi'eets should be constructed to a seven-ton design. <br /> <br /> <br />
