. Since the subject area is south of Trott Brook, it is contained within the <br />-ultimate sewer service area. At the time the site visit was conducted, the <br />i area in the center of the plat, roughly coinciding with the Isan (is) soil <br />i grOuping, was inundated with standing water. It is doubtful whether a <br />i roa~lway could be constructed through this segment of the plat.
