The <br />Ordinary High Water mark (Oh"W) of f2-658W or the boundary of DNR <br />jurisdiction is approximately elevation 860 feet. <br /> <br />The OHW of wetland #2-729W is approximately elevation 861 - 861.5 <br />feet. The alignment of 150th Lane and the configuration of several <br />lots will have to be reconfigured to avoid impact to the wetland. <br />No fill is allowed to be placed in Public Water wetlands for the <br />creation of upland to develop on. This may involve Lot~ 4 & 5, <br />Block 1, and Lots 5, 6, 7, & 8, Block 2. <br /> <br />Wetland areas on the property other than those under DNR <br />jurisdiotion may be regulated by the LGU for the 1991 Wetland <br />Conservation Act (Lower Rum River WMO) and the U.S. Army Corps of <br />Engineers (Tim Fell @ 220-0360). <br /> <br />Thank you for the opportunity to ¢o~ent.
