PROPOSED ORDINANCE ORDINANCE ~92- CITY OF RAMSEY ANOKA COUNTY STATE OF MINNESOTA AN AMENDMENT TO CHAPTER 9 WHICH IS KNOWN AS THE ZONING AND SUBDIVISION OF LAND CHAPTER OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 9.20.04 "MAP" OF CHAPTER 9 OF THE CITY CODE OF RAMSEY, MINNESOTA. SECTION 1. AMENDMENT The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-I Urban Residential to R-3 Urban Residential: That part of the south 622.00 feet of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota, lying west of the east 220.0 feet thereof and lying northeasterly of the northeasterly right-of-way line of County State Aid Highway No. 5, as now laid out and travelled; -and- The following described property is hereby rezoned from R-3 Urban Residential to R-1 Urban Residential: The north 320 feet of the south 1386 feet of the east 220 feet of the West Half of the Northwester Quarter of Section 25, Township 32, Range 25, Anoka County, Minnesota. SECTION 2, MA.P The City Engineer is hereby instructed to cause this amendment to be shown on the "City of Ramsey Zoning Map", which map was adopted pursuant to Section 9.20.04 of the City Code. SECTION 3. EFFECTIVE DATE This ordinance becomes effective 30 days after it's passage and publication, subject to City Charter Section 5.04.
