RESOLUTION #92-05- <br /> <br />RESOLUTION. iORDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS <br />AND SPeCiFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-04 <br />(SEALCOATING AND CRACK FILLING OF PONDVALE ESTATES 1ST AND <br />2ND ADDI~IO ~NS) <br /> WHERE~S, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 11, 1992 set a date for a <br />Council heatlog ~ the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling of Pondvale Estates <br />1st and 2nd AOdifi.ons (Project g02-04); and <br /> wHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public <br />hearing; and: ' ~ <br /> <br /> WHERE/~S,, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was <br />given and th~ §eariDg was held thereon on March 10, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be <br />heard were gt4~en a~ opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF RAMSE¥, ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1) That sqch i~provement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted <br /> February 11,, 1992. <br />2) That $~ve lankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall <br /> prepare-pla, tis and specifications for the making of such improvement. <br /> [ <br />The motion forthe adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember :. i and~upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br />and the follow'ling voted against the same: <br />and the foll°Wihg abstained: <br />and the following W[ere absent: <br /> <br />whereupon salt <br />the 26th day Of <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this <br />May, 1992. <br /> <br />Mayor <br /> <br />City Adminis~tor: <br /> <br /> <br />
