RDERING IMPROVEMENT AND PREPARATION OF PLANS ICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENT PROJECT #92-07 AND CRACK FILLING OF GREENLAND HILLS PLAT 2) WHERE~S, a resolution of the City Council adopted February 11, 1992 set a date for a Council hearir}g 0~i the proposed improvement of sealcoating and crack filling of Greenland Hills Plat 2 (Project~92-~07); and WHEREAS, the City has waited the required sixty (60) days following the public hearing; and WHERE., ten days mmled not~ce and two weeks pubhshed not~ce of the heanng was given and the heaifgg was held thereon on March 10, 1992 at which time all persons desiring to be heard were giqen ab opportunity to be heard thereon. · NOW THER~F~0RE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RAMSES, !ANOKA COUNTY, STATE OF MINNESOTA, as follows: 1) That stich improvement is hereby ordered as proposed in the Council resolution adopted Febru ~aj'y 1!, 1992. 2) That steve ~ankowski is hereby designated as the engineer for this improvement and shall prepar6 platJs and specifications for the making of such improvement. : The motion fo~ the ~doption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and the following voted against the same: and the following abstained: and the following Were absent: whereupon sat~l resolution was declared duly passed and adopted by the Ramsey City Council this the 26th day of May, 1992.
