Councilmember <br />for its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION #92-04- <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING TERMS OF CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT TO <br />ESTABLISH AUTO REPAIR/TOWING SERVICES/NEW PARTS SALES AT <br />14600 NOWTHEN BLVD. N.W. (PIN 25.32-25.23.0006) <br /> <br />No defined hazardous wastes shall be stored or handled at the facility unless the required <br />permits have been obtained from Anoka County Environmental Services and the City has <br />been provided a copy of same. Any disposal of automotive fluids shall be in accordance <br />with State Statutes and Minnesota Pollution Control Agency rules and regulations. <br /> <br />There shall be no salvage or junk yard activities conducted at the site or in conjunction with <br />the business. <br /> <br />There shall be no outdoor storage of any inventory, parts, and equipment. <br /> <br />Any signs erected on the site shall be in accordance with the specifications of City Code for <br />business uses. <br /> <br />There shall be off-street parking spaces provided to accommodate employees, <br />customers and vehicles awaiting repairs. No improvements shall be required for the off- <br />street par-king area as a part of this temporary conditional use permit. <br /> <br />Hours of operation shall be limited to __ a.m. to <br />Friday; __ a.m. to p.m. Saturdays; and <br />Sundays. <br /> <br />p.m., Monday through <br />a.m. to p.m., <br /> <br />The above ground storage of any automotive fluids shall comply with all applicable State, <br />County or local regulations. <br /> <br />The permit-tee shall be responsible for all City costs incurred in administering and enforcing <br />this conditional use permit. <br /> <br />The City Administrator, or his designee, shall have the right to inspect the premises for <br />compliance and safety purposes annually or at any time, upon reasonable request. <br /> <br />13.
