1) All industrial and business park signs shall be ground or wall signs. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one (1) industrial or business park sign for each point <br />of vehicular access to an office or industrial park. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The gross surface area of an industrial or business park sign shall not exceed fifty <br />square in gross surface area for each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross <br />surface area of one hundred (100) square feet, with an additional 10 square feet per <br />exposed face (20 square feet aggregate) per park member listed on the sign. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />A ground industrial or business park sign shall not project higher than ten (10) feet, <br />as measured from base of sign or grade of the nearest adjacent roadway, whichever <br />is higher. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />A wall industrial or business park sign shall not project higher than the parapet line <br />of the wall to which it is to be affixed. <br /> <br />b) Park Member Identification Signs. <br /> <br />1) <br /> <br />There shall not be more than one wall sign for each principal building or tenant or <br />use within a building, except where the building abuts two or more streets, <br />additional such signs, one (1) oriented to each abutting street, shall be permitted. <br /> <br />2) There shall not be more than one ground sign for each principal building. <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a wall sign shall not exceed fifteen (15%) of the tenant's <br />or use's proportionate share of the building wall to which the sign is to be affixed. <br /> <br />4) <br /> <br />The gross surface area of a ground sign shall not exceed fifty (50) square feet for <br />each exposed face nor exceed an aggregate gross surface area of one hundred (100) <br />square feet. <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />A ground sign shall not project higher than ten (1) feet, as measured from based of <br />sign or grade of the nearest adjacent roadway, whichever is higher. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />A wall sign shall not project higher than the parapet tie of the wall to which it is to <br />be affixed. <br /> <br />9.12.1 1 PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENTS <br /> <br />Subd. 1 <br /> <br />The developer shatl be required to submit a sign plan for approval, drawn to scale <br />with elevations, at the time application is made for a Planned Unit Development. <br />The sign plan shall include but not be limited to the following information: number <br />of signs, type of signs, sign sizes, type of construction materials, and sign <br />messages. <br /> <br />Draft Date March 30, 1992 <br /> Page 14 of 19 <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br />I <br /> <br /> <br />
