g) <br /> <br />h). <br /> <br />Copy of stress sheets and calculations, showing the structure is designated for dead load <br />and wind velocity in the amount required by this and all other ordinances of the City, if <br />required by the Zoning Administrator or Building Official. The Zoning Administrator or <br />Building Official may require additional information concerning safety. <br /> <br />An agreement with the city which would authorize and direct the City of Ramsey to remove <br />the sign and sign structure, at the expense of the applicant, where maintenance is required <br />and the maintenance is not furnished, but only after a notice of sixty (60) days specifying <br />the maintenance required by the City. <br /> <br />9.12.19 <br />Subd. 1 <br /> <br />Subd. 2 <br /> <br />9.12.20 <br />Subd. 1 <br /> <br />Subd. 2 <br /> <br />Subd. 3 <br /> <br />9.12.21 <br />Subd. 1 <br /> <br />9.12.22 <br /> <br />PERMIT ISSUANCE OR DENIAL <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator shall issue a permit for the erection, alteration, or <br />relocation of a sign within 14 days of receipt of a completed application and non- <br />refundable application fee provided that the sign complies with all applicable laws <br />and regulations of the City. <br /> <br />When a permit is denied, written notice shall be provided to the applicant along with <br />a brief statement of the reasons for denial. The Zoning Administrator or Building <br />Official may suspend or revoke an issued permit for any false statement or <br />misrepresentation of fact in the application. <br /> <br />REFUNDS <br /> <br />If an issued permit is withdrawn by the applicant within 90 days of issuance, and if <br />no inspections have been made and no work authorized by the permit has been <br />performed, 50% of the permit fee may be refunded to the apPlicant. <br /> <br />A permit issued by the Zoning Administrator becomes null and void if work is <br />suspended or abandoned or not completed within 180 days of issuance, but may be <br />reinstated with an additional payment of one-half of the original fee. <br /> <br />Any sign installed or placed on any property prior to receipt of a permit, the <br />specified permit fee shall be doubled. However, the payment of the doubled fee <br />shall not relieve any person of any other requirement or penalties prescribed in this <br />Section. <br /> <br />ADMINISTRATION <br /> <br />The Zoning Administrator shall process applications for permits.
