WaSte Management will guarantee a minimum $200,000.00 <br /> ~iP~ing fee to Ramsey for the period January 1, 1992 <br />  hr~ugh December 31, 1993. <br /> 2. Waste Management will pay Ramsey $75,000.00 cash upon <br /> ~et~lement of the lawsuit with Ramsey. <br /> <br /> as Management will deduct no closure/post closure fee <br /> 3. r° its monthly tipping fee payments to Ramsey. <br /> <br /> 4. ~am~ey will extend the term of the CUP for the operation <br /> ~f ~he existing landfill through December 31, 1~93. <br /> <br /> 5. ~as~e Management will deed a 50 acre parcel lying <br /> generally north of the existing landfill to Ramsey, per <br /> ~heioriginal "ski hill" agreement. <br /> <br /> 6. Waste Management will deed a 22 acre parcel adjacent to <br /> Sunfish Lake Boulevard and south of 153rd Avenue to <br /> ~am~ey. <br /> ~as~e Management will execute in favor of Ramsey, a First <br /> ~ig~t of Refusal Agreement giving Ramsey a first right <br /> ~f irefusal on the "Tri-Co property" which is an <br /> ~pp~oximate 70 acre tract lying south of the City of <br /> AnoVa landfill parcel. <br /> <br /> <br />
