The City Inspector, so designated, and other duly authorized employees <br /> o~ the City, bearing proper identification, shall at reasonable times be <br /> perm:.tted to enter upon all properties for the purpose of inspection, <br /> 0~servation, measurement, sampling and testing in connection with <br /> tlie operation of the City sanitary sewer system or the City water <br /> s~ste~n. Such employees shall also be permitted to enter for inspection, <br /> rn;etel reading and examining fixtures causing unnecessary waste of <br /> w~te~ to the detriment of the system. Said employee(s) shall promptly <br /> n~ti~ the owner or occupant of such premises in writing of required <br /> rej3airs, if any, and, in the event any required repairs are not made <br /> w~thii~ ten (10) days, the City may shut offthe water. <br /> <br />oP P OS,, com s <br /> <br /> SECTION 1 <br />MUNICIPAL WATER <br /> <br />o <br /> <br /> AND INSPECTION <br /> <br />Tl~e (~ity shall provide for the proper operation and maintenance of the <br />mhni¢ipa] water system and shall enforce all rules and regulations <br />pe~rtai!ning to the same. <br /> <br />The ~ity shall keep a record of the exact location and size of all parts of <br />~lie ~unicipal water systems, connections thereto, and other <br />rn~aSu;rements or records which may be necessary. <br /> <br />The City shall superintend all connections for service, and examine all <br />Servic~ pipes to ensure that they are properly laid,and that all meters <br />are pr~oper]y installed and operating.
