§ 2.07 <br /> <br />a'?plication in response to which the interpretation or decision being appealed was <br />remdered. <br /> <br />No appeal shall be taken to the Board unless the applicant has first made <br />application to the Building Official as prvvided in these Rules. <br /> <br />! <br />I <br />I <br /> <br />1. Matters to be Heard. A hearing shall be held on all matters <br /> coming before the Board by means of an appeal. Notice of <br /> such hearing shall be given to each appellant as provided in <br /> these Rules. <br /> <br />Sub& <br /> <br />Sut~ciency of Appeal. Each appeal, upon being filed veith the <br />Board, shall be immediately examined by the Building <br />Official to determine if it complies with the requirements of <br />these Rules. tf an appeal is determined to be sufficient <br />under these Rules, the Building Official shall schedule the <br />sam.e for a hearing not more than ten working days from the <br />date such appeal is filed with the Board, If additional time is <br />required, an extension to the ten working days may be <br />granted, with the approval of the applicant. If an appeal is <br />determined to be insuffi&ent under these Rules, the Building <br />Official shall immediately notify the applicant of such <br />insufficiency and the same shall not be scheduled for <br />hearing until made complete and sufficient by the applicant. <br /> <br />Procedure at Hearings. A hearing on an appeal shall be <br />conducted in the following manner: <br />(a) The appeal shall be read aloud by the secretary. <br />(b) The applicant or his representative shall be heard. <br />(c) 'The Building Offficial and any employees of his/her <br /> department desiring to speak on the matter shall be <br /> heard. <br />(d) Anyone else desiring to speak in support of an appeal <br /> shall be heard. <br />(e) Anyone else desiring to speak against an appeal shall be <br /> heard. <br /> <br />Action of Boarch After conclusion of a hearing on an appeal, <br />the Board shall then act on the matter or it shall take the <br />matter under advisement and defer action until a date <br />certain which date shall be as soon therea!~er as practicable. <br /> <br />Action of board on appeal <br /> <br />Form.
