Every ordinance or resolution repealing a previous <br />ordinance or~r~solt~tion or section thereof shall give the number, if any, and the title of the <br />ordinance ~so!¢tion to be repealed in whole or in part. No ordinance or resolution or <br />section ther,~ Sh~all be amended by reference to the title alone, but such amending <br />ordinance or ¥ ~,OIu~on shall set forth in full each section to be amended. <br />2.01.07: [E°~nmittees. The council may create such committees, standing or <br />special, as it-d~ necessary. Such committees shall consist of as many members and <br />perform such d~utie~, as the council may require. <br />2.01.08 ~ .?~ension or amending of the rules.
